Campanile Creteil Centre

The room was plain but clean, and had what we needed for one night. What stood out was the customer service. The day and night staff both helped us a lot with transport and check-in, and the girl who welcomed us was lovely.

Our daughter uses a wheelchair, and the hotel did not meet her accessibility needs during our two-night stay. After a seven-hour drive, we were put in a cramped room with no working fan or ventilation, a broken phone, and neighbors yelling late at night. I had to report it at reception twice because we couldn't call down. Junior couldn't fix the problems, so we were moved after we'd unpacked everything. The next room had another broken phone and no fan, and then the bathroom light stopped working altogether. We couldn't bathe or properly clean our daughter without lighting. I reported it repeatedly, including to the Front Office Manager, but nothing was fixed. I kept making the trip from the fifth floor to reception just to be heard. There was no apology, solution, or offer of another room. The hotel said it was fully booked. This was a frustrating stay with poor service and unacceptable facilities. We are asking for a full refund and do not recommend the hotel.

The place was really clean and calm, and the location felt great and secure. The staff were very helpful.

Parking is free, and the hotel is close to a market, mall, and train station. It was also easy to reach by car from the airport. The rooms are small and simple, but the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming. Both the receptionist and the morning receptionist were very attentive. The room and bathroom were clean, the coffee machine made good coffee, and there’s a McDonald's next door for a quick meal. I’d highly recommend it to anyone coming to see Paris.
