La Maison de Crillon

The owners are around every day and were so friendly and helpful. Our stay was lovely, and we’ll absolutely come back. The place is stunning, peaceful, and relaxing, with loads of privacy in the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. The pool was perfectly refreshing, and we loved the “Honesty Bar” beside it. Breakfast was authentic and delicious, with lots of high-quality homemade food. The view over the wineyards and Mount Ventoux is one of a kind. Thanks to the LMDC team 😍

Even after just one night, we were impressed. The room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely terrace, and breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly without intruding. For dinner, I recommend walking down the road to l'Auberge Provencale. The view straight across Mont Ventoux and the vineyards is incredible, and the pool overlooks it beautifully. There are plenty of nice places to sit and enjoy the view or have a drink. We didn't try the honesty bar, but I like the idea. Such a special place to stay, and unforgettable if that's what you're looking for.

The staff were happy to help, then let us relax in peace. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and lovely, and the pool area was spacious and quiet, with stunning views. For the location and quality, it was incredible value. I’d gladly return and pick it over the five-star neighbor up the road.

This was the worst hotel experience I had during my travels around Europe. I booked a suite with a large terrace and specifically requested it by email six months ahead, but on arrival they gave me a different room. When I raised it with reception, she yelled at me in French. The manager or owner yelled at us too and said I should accept whatever I was given. There was no room service or reception after 5 pm, and I couldn't even get an extra towel after 6. With nobody available to help and none of the staff speaking English, this felt worse than an Airbnb, not a hotel. The next morning we were in a hurry and asked for a small takeaway box for the breakfast we'd paid for. They yelled again and refused. The staff were rude and yelled at us. The service, room condition, and food were the worst I've ever had. The rooms weren't clean or maintained, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Worse than a two-star B&B.
