Staying at Cécile et Eric’s beautiful home while holidaying in Nantes was a real treat. Our spacious, one-of-a-kind room looked out over a tall tree and the garden. The church bell rings each day, adding to the almost divine feel of the place. Walking around the manor, we could picture the upstairs and downstairs lives of a refined or noble family in 18th century rural France. It’s remarkable. We loved the meals and the wonderful hospitality, and hope to return when we’re in Nantes again. Warm regards, Emily and Emma.

The garden is amazing, and you pretty much have it to yourself. This is a stylish B&B with very clean rooms and decent bathrooms. The sweet-flavoured breakfast is tempting, though there aren't many other options, and you may want your running shoes afterward! There’s a mountainbiketrail (VTT) to explore across the D16, just before the roundabout. Nice little coastal towns and Nantes are nearby too. Local information is at your separate entrance, and Mr ans Ms Lefeubve are happy to offer more advice.

Charming rooms, a huge garden, and great food. What an amazing spot. Highly recommended!

We came back to our roots in Brière, where we were born, and Cécile and Éric gave us such a warm welcome. Their magnificent manor has been carefully restored. As a lovely extra, they gave us a room more luxurious than the one we'd booked. Thank you for that thoughtful gesture. Everything here seems carefully arranged for a dream stay. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh organic local produce, plus jams and compotes made on the estate. We shared wonderful moments with our hosts. It was a beautiful change of scenery and a bit of pure bliss, away from the anxiety-inducing world around us. Thank you again, Cécile and Éric, for your kindness and attention to detail in bringing this lovely building back to its former glory. Please don't change a thing. We wish you strength and courage with your future projects. Gérard and Dominique

The park and venue were magnificent, beautifully kept and just right for a wedding. We were invited to my niece's wedding in September 2025, and the day itself was sunny and went off without a hitch. My niece had organized it masterfully, and the owners were accommodating throughout. Still, I have to explain the 2 stars. A few times, guests and I saw the owner arriving in faded jeans, which seemed out of place at a wedding, and wondered what he was doing there. There were no incidents, and I want to be clear that it was a magnificent wedding. Around 10 pm, the DJ started playing in a small room where we could open the windows so guests outside could join in, and open the other side for air. But the owner came by several times around 11 pm to close the windows because he thought the music was too loud. This was a wedding with no disturbance at all. 11 pm??? He must not go to nightclubs much, or I think he'd have fainted. It was warm that September day, so we kept the windows slightly open to avoid bothering him too much. He still didn't like it. Who does that? I've never seen anything like it, and I'm part of the older generation. The bride and groom had arranged a small fireworks display to close out the day, but the owners canceled it that very morning, even though the provider had already handled all the arrangements. Such a lack of tact from the owners of a magical place, and it spoiled part of a magnificent day. Thank you, Solenne and Johan, for this beautiful wedding. No thanks to the owners. What a shame!
