Jack, Asia and Ryan were warm and so accommodating throughout our stay. We loved the delicious breakfast, and the room felt like something out of a fairy tale. The location and castle are superb. A 10 star stay, and we'll definitely be back soon!

Our daughter had a bedroom in the tower, linked to our beautiful suite by a little passageway. The suite looked out over a formal garden, and we were enchanted by the whole place. It's an incredible family run castle overlooking the lake (Savines-le-lac) and mountains, with so much history and magic to explore. We felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. Thank you, Ryan, for hosting us so graciously!

The gardens and flowers are amazing, and the place itself is magnificent. The father who owns it did all the refurbishment and is really nice, always keen to chat with customers. Staying here is a bit like being a chatelain in a castle, though spring nights can be cold, there's no TV or air conditioner, and breakfast at 8h30 felt a little late.

The owners are my aunt and uncle, so full disclosure, and my cousin and her husband took over running the B&B earlier this year. They're the loveliest. They've also just started hosting weddings here, and the setting is so picturesque I might consider it for my own. 👰🏼♀️ I've been coming since I was a child, and every room feels like a time capsule, decorated just as it might have been in the 1800s. If you're nearby, spend a few nights. Get pizza from the local spot, it's amazing, and walk to the bakery in town for fresh croissants in the morning. Then jump in the lake to cool off in the afternoon.
