At check-in they took my ID, and I wasn’t able to get it back until checkout. But reception was closed then, so I had to leave without it. Luckily I’d driven and wasn’t flying. I emailed them right away; they acknowledged they still had my ID and agreed to send it to my home address, but never did. They stopped replying despite several more emails and calls. Now I have to buy a new ID. Ridiculous. Worst service ever!
