10/10
The quiet countryside made it easy to slow down, though there’s plenty to explore nearby. We loved hearing the gentle waterfall from the terrace and watching the sun set over the hills. Château de Puech sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and the grounds are huge and so well cared for. Nadège was warm and attentive, taking care with every detail. Breakfast included garden produce, homemade bread, juice and pastries, all thoughtfully prepared. Our room was spotless, elegant and comfortable. A luxurious, authentic stay, and we can’t wait to come back.

The owners shouted at us, acted aggressively and eventually made us leave while insulting us. It all stemmed from a misunderstanding with Booking. I found their behavior shocking, especially from people running a hospitality business who should know basic courtesy. Stay away.

We had such a hard time leaving this amazing Chateau. A wonderful stay, and the breakfast was excellent.
