Janet is a lovely, friendly host, and she had plenty of good ideas for days out. The place is finished and furnished to a high standard, with space for families or groups to stay together. There's also a gathering area being created for celebrations or just relaxing with friends and family. It's wonderfully peaceful, and a great base for country walks and exploring the Loire Valley. We love staying here, and hope you do too.

The house keeps its lovely white stone and timber character, while the restoration and finish are beautifully done. It’s in a very peaceful hamlet, with a town supermarket about 2-3 miles away. Inside, there’s a spacious modern kitchen and living area, excellent lighting, and underfloor heating for cooler weather. The design shows careful attention to detail and includes facilities for people with reduced mobility. Highly recommended.

Just as described, and so quiet. We enjoyed having a BBQ. Any odd sounds you hear are only Mr N'Gau.
