Résidence ondines - les studios

The owner was welcoming and easy to reach. We came as three couples and had three apartments, and everyone was happy with the stay. This was our second New Year visit, after spending four days there last year, and we plan to return.

After booking and paying, we got no further communication from the owner, though those parts had gone fine. The place feels dated and really needs renovation. The listing also gets some details wrong, especially the furniture: it said there would be six chairs, but we had only four for five people. The dishes were dirty too.

The only things that bothered me a little were having nowhere easy to dry laundry in winter and the stairs up to the extra bedroom. I just don't like steep stairs. Otherwise, it was a very nice, well-equipped place, close to the shops and only a five-minute walk from the sea. I'd recommend it.

We've already been to Résidence des Ondines twice, and I can see us returning. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and the walk along the seafront into the center of Damgan is lovely. The area has plenty to see and do, while the accommodation itself is quiet and includes free private parking. It has what you need for a relaxing holiday at a reasonable price. Mr. Nasri welcomed us warmly and was kind and helpful, especially with information about places to visit.
