Everything else was spotless, and the apartment hotel is lovely. Still, it would be cleaner without the carpet. I was really surprised there was no breakfast option on Sunday morning.

The apartments are nicely laid out, with separate rooms, and the whole residence is very well kept. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Muriel, Hélène, and Nathalie made us feel so welcome, and Lionel, Alex, and Bazass were available even on weekends. Thanks to them and the manager. I highly recommend Les Demeures de Borda.

I’ve been coming back to Les Demeures de Borda for three weeks every year for 22 years. The apartments are good quality and the service is impeccable, which explains that loyalty. Having direct access to the Borda Thermal Baths is a real plus, and the dedicated, friendly staff, along with the catering and restaurant facilities, make for a happy spa stay.

The area stays quiet even during the feria, though it’s a little outside the city center. I’m always greeted in a friendly way. The apartment had a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a separate toilet.

Getting to the spa on-site was really convenient since we didn’t have to go outside. The apartment was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Our only regret was not bringing our own memory foam pillows.
