An OK place to stay, but nothing more. The staff were friendlier than usual for France, though not exactly wow. It's the ibis styles Hotel, where the same rooms are sold under two names. Booking through Ibis (Accor) costs more, but includes complimentary water. The “Miradour” option is cheaper, though you pay extra for water and other things. Parking is paid street parking or a paid public ramp, and it isn't part of the hotel bill.

I slept really well, thanks to the comfortable bedding, and the balcony room had a lovely view. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. It was a very pleasant solo stay, with fair value for money. I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the four-person rooms were very comfortable. My wife, the children and I stayed on Saturday, August 9th. The welcome was very warm, and the good bedding was much appreciated after driving over 1000km that day. Parking was the one small drawback, since it's inevitably less convenient than a hotel with its own lot. All the best.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the value for money was very good. The hotel has stunning views and is well placed near the old town. There's OTA parking, free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays.

The staff and location were the only real positives. The hotel feels old-fashioned, with outdated decor and equipment, and you can hear everything. At night the thermal baths' turbines whirred away for hours and made a lot of noise. Breakfast was minimal. It doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel.
