I booked and paid €65 on Tuesday for one night, Saturday to Sunday. The next day, a very unpleasant person called to say I had to pay €75 because the booking wasn't part of the spa treatment. Avoid this establishment. After such blatant commercialism, I can only imagine how unpleasant the atmosphere and upkeep are at this so-called 3-star place.

I paid €1400 for a 3-week studio stay during my spa treatment, which felt like a disgrace for what was offered. The hotel is supposedly 3 stars, but it was very mediocre. Cleanliness and housekeeping were poor, and I even had to clean the drawers myself. The reception felt cold, like I was always bothering them. The smoking area is right by the apartment entrance, with too many smokers and smells. Avoid it, especially at these prices.

Being able to go straight to the thermal baths in a bathrobe is the hotel's great luxury. My studio was comfortable and well equipped, but it faced the street and was noisy with all the passing cars. It also felt run-down and could use a refresh. The staff were welcoming, though I have one service complaint: only a small sachet of shower gel and a small soap were provided on arrival, with no more for the rest of the stay. Other hotels replenish these when they're used up or even daily.

Getting to the spa in my bathrobe was such a treat, and the studios were decent and well equipped. The welcome was excellent, and the location made shopping and getting around on foot easy. Many thanks to the housekeeping team as well. We'd be happy to return.
