€148 felt like a lot for a room that wasn't particularly luxurious. I can't really judge the location, since I arrived after dark and didn't go out to look around. At dinner, the menu was limited to four mains and four desserts. The fries with my steak were really soft, and the tiramisu was more like cream and biscuits, without any alcohol. I asked for the steak medium, but the first one came rare. The second was better, though the flavor still wasn't quite right. Maybe that was just me. The man at reception, who also runs the bar and restaurant, did a great job. Still, this hotel wasn't for me. This is the first bad review I've ever written, and I'm sorry to have to leave one.

We had a terrible night and I didn't enjoy our stay at all. There was loud music from other guests at 3 AM, with parties happening in the rooms. We ended up switching rooms in the middle of the night. The staff didn't speak English, and even using Google Translate made communication difficult. I want my money back. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

On a cold, snowy day there was no heating, and there was no air conditioning either. Cold air came from the room's AC, which made a loud noise all night. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

We went into the room, found the air conditioning wasn't working, and left, but they still refused to refund the room cost. It was 39 degrees, there'd been no warning in advance, and reception never mentioned it. Stay somewhere else. After management replied, they offered a free drink and breakfast on a future stay. We won't be going back. The customer service was hopeless, and Accor hotels have lost me as a customer. I've since seen other reviews describing the same problem and management refusing refunds. Unacceptable.

The receptionist was kind and open to any request. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was a good continental one. There's also a restaurant inside. It doesn't offer much choice, but everything we tried was very good.
