The staff member was incredibly arrogant and impolite. What is wrong with you people? The receptionist called the police, and was the most ignorant and careless person ever. It was all recorded on camera, but she wouldn’t show the footage. Seriously, get a brain. No amount of makeup in the world could save you. And I’m supposed to be grateful that she spoke English to me because we’re in France? Mm... okay, error 404.

The room was basic but usable, a little cramped, though the beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and stayed warm on a cold evening. Breakfast was okay for the fairly low price, but I was surprised there was no meat. Public transport wasn’t especially convenient from here, though the location worked well for the expo.

It was a very simple room and felt a little too pricey to me. It was clean, but musty, maybe from the air conditioning. Bugs got in at night because of the outside door and light. The window in room 72 wouldn’t open.

The breakfast was really good, but I wouldn’t call Hôtel Première Classe a nice place to stay. The rooms are tiny and not very clean. It only makes sense if you need a budget room for the night.

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen, as the pictures show. After I complained, they offered a voucher and said it could be used at any Première Classe Hotel. But when I tried to use it in Geispolsheim, that hotel wouldn’t accept it. Première Classe, Campanile, Kyriad, Louvre Hotels, ... never again!
