We never stayed at the hotel, so this is about the booking. We had paid in full through booking.com for 8-9 March 2026. About two weeks before, my husband had two mini strokes and was told he couldn't drive. I contacted Ace Hotel straight away to explain and asked to move our dates to April, when we hoped he might be able to drive again. They said no. We then asked to cancel for free, or at least get some of our money back, and were refused again. Booking.com tried to help but got nowhere. I can't comment on the rooms, but the response was deeply unhelpful at an already very stressful time. They've lost us as customers, and we wouldn't book here again.

Really clean, with a good choice at breakfast. The staff were great.

A great place to stop overnight and split up our drive 👍

We had the family room, which was clean and handy, and the price was good. The area felt safe, though there isn't much around apart from a few restaurants.

We've stayed here twice now and would happily come back. The family room worked well for four, though the fourth bed is only long enough for a child of around 11 or younger. It's a clean, quiet budget hotel, and both the receptionist who welcomed us around 11pm and the woman looking after breakfast were really helpful. The Ionity chargers are right outside, which is handy if you're driving electric.
