La Danse des Papillons - Campsite

The beautiful pool and magnificent river are just steps away, and it's so quiet that you can sleep peacefully. There's a large, gorgeous kitchen with all you need to make your favorite dishes. La Danse des Papillons has an idyllic setting, superb bedding, and tastefully decorated rooms that take you somewhere else. The welcome is professional but full of genuine smiles. I loved this little glamping place, set in a beautiful, secluded, peaceful spot. About thirty people were spread across a big natural space. The solar showers had a magnificent view, sunrise was extraordinary, and I enjoyed yoga by the river and a morning dip in the outdoor pool. Everything was clean, well cared for, and welcoming. There are two summer kitchens, and you can eat alone or with a group. You can choose how to live your own life there. They also have very nice guest rooms and other unusual places to stay. I went about two years ago and would love to return if they open to individuals again. When I last called, it was reserved for groups. Wishing the owner continued success.

The peaceful feel of the Drôme made this a lovely place for a week away with friends. Karine welcomed us so warmly, and the location works well for couples or bigger groups. We loved the rooms, tents, pool, and outdoor kitchen, and found plenty of comfort here.

There’s a calm, zen feeling here, and the atmosphere is really friendly. The guest table was a treat, and having the pool was a real bonus. The setting by a little stream is lovely too.
