Our room was comfortable and clean. We got to Digne ahead of schedule, and the manager kindly let us check in early.

We arrived cold and soaked on our bikes and were welcomed warmly. The room was warm, the bed comfy, and the shower nice and hot 😊

The meal was excellent, and we were greeted warmly at breakfast and especially well at lunchtime. We'll be happy to come back. I'm only reviewing the food.

The owner was friendly, and the place was very clean, though a little dated. The room was small but quiet, and the bathroom tiny. Breakfast was decent for the price. Still, €76 for one person with breakfast feels a bit steep for this kind of establishment, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars.

I stayed the night of September 9-10, 2025. The room stank of cigarettes, the duvet had cigarette burns, and the receptionist was unpleasant. At 10:30 in the morning I asked whether breakfast was still available, and she replied, “You don't really think I'm going to go get breakfast at this hour?” A simple “no, sorry” would have been enough. I reported the hotel to Booking.com and won't stay there again. Avoid it.
