I liked the wood details in the decor and furniture, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel sits in a lovely mountain setting, around a 15-minute walk from the thermal baths and a five-minute drive from central Digne. The staff, manager included, were friendly. The restaurant was good, and breakfast had a well-stocked buffet. There's a big lounge with board games, plus plenty of free parking. Soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, and the toilet is in the bathroom.

The residence exterior could do with renovation. The apartments are privately owned, so their quality and amenities depend on how each one has been renovated.

The rental price was fair, and the location worked well for us. It was a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths centre, 10 minutes from the Intermarché, and 20 minutes from the city centre of Digne les Bains.

The manager of the Locadignes company showed no humanity at all. When I couldn't get to my studio for health reasons, he wouldn't listen to anything I said and didn't refund the full amount he'd charged me, even though I should have paid the balance when I arrived. I lost 800 euros. Avoid this crook. Next time I'll use the Dignes agency, which I find more honest.
