The relaxed atmosphere made this a place to remember. Our room was clean, and there was plenty of variety in the restaurant. It’s a lovely traditional French hotel. Thanks, Serge and Monique, I’ll definitely be back.

I got there at 20:40, even though the listing said reception stayed open until 21:00. I called and someone answered, but they didn’t speak English. I could hear the phone ringing through the door, and while we were on the call, I heard myself knocking from the other end. They deliberately wouldn’t let me in. As soon as I drove away, they charged me a cancellation fee. Cheaters!

The restaurant was the highlight, and its menu was outstanding. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

A secure parking spot makes this a handy place to pause during a cycling trip. It’s right in the city center by the canal bridge, with a charming old-fashioned feel. Inside, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and it stayed quiet despite facing the street. Breakfast was very good, and booking directly with the hotel gave us excellent value.
