We called before booking on Booking.com to check whether they had a baby cot. They persuaded us to skip the online booking and pay directly when we arrived at midnight, but then the man at reception said there was no cot after all. He offered only a mattress on the floor for our baby, which felt completely unsafe and unacceptable. The room looked old and poorly kept, the place felt dirty, and even the stairwell smelled awful. A very unpleasant stay. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially for anyone travelling with a baby.

The reception staff were lovely and accommodating. It's a decent budget hotel with basic rooms and a limited breakfast. The single half-pillow on the bed was disappointing.

I've been back four times over the past 15 years. From outside the place looks spectacularly dodgy, but inside it's clean and comfortable, with a lovely courtyard. It's only a five-minute walk to beautiful medieval Dijon centre. If you're feeling a bit zonked, eat in. The menu is limited and not worth it if you're vegetarian, but the chef knows how to cook.

A lovely little hotel close to the centre, with a great host. She was helpful, super friendly, and funny. My only criticism is that the shower head could use an upgrade.
