It’s a simple, clean hotel with free WiFi and a nice shower, and they even speak English. Nothing fancy, but it’s cheap and deserves more than three stars. I’d definitely stay again.

The bathrooms and showers felt a bit cramped, and a few rooms had an odd bathroom smell when we checked in. The rooms are simply furnished, but fine for a short stay. It’s not a particularly charming hotel, though it does deliver what its website promises. We’d stay again. It worked really well for our large group. The staff were very helpful in finding the right setup, and having a meeting room available made it possible for us to enjoy the stay together.

Great value for the price, and the car park is a real bonus. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The shower is quite small, and they provide only a tiny bit of shower gel, so bring your own. Still, it’s excellent for the money.

We loved the place. The parking, rooms, service, and the price we paid were all good. Couldn’t ask for anything better, and even the coffee was good here in France ☺️.

There was no sign, so I naively took an apple and yogurt for breakfast, starting the day with my usual smile. At 8:30, while I was queuing and looking forward to the day, the male staff member treated me like an animal. He said it wasn’t allowed and stared at me with a frozen, sergeant-like look while I had to choose between the apple and the yogurt. It felt as though I was being lectured like a pig. I kept smiling, but by then it was more a case of wondering what a craphole I’d got myself into. His manner was eerie. He seemed to have no human core or ability to communicate beyond punishment. It traumatized me, like meeting a Nazi-like prison officer, except I was paying. I understand if you’re a poor province, but people should still be kind. I had several experiences like this and left northern France traumatized. Dijon isn’t an interesting town either. The whole north of France seemed to have some kind of money disease that completely kills its humane charm. Aquitaine was the complete opposite, and I hope to go back there. Even the northern French people I met there were very nice.
