Hotel Kyriad Dijon - Gare

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was very clean, though a bit small and dated. I didn’t try breakfast, but had a pleasant stay and would happily return. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, close to the train and bus stations and only a 5-10 minute walk from Dijon's city center. Parking is available too.

The receptionists were great and very helpful. We had to move our booking a day earlier, and they rearranged it without any trouble. The underground parking is quite small, so you need to book early to get a space. We weren’t impressed with breakfast: the scrambled eggs were poor, there was no fresh milk for cereal, and boiled eggs would have been welcome. We also asked for a double bed but got two singles pushed together, which we found unsatisfactory.

I was heading south during my stay, so being right by the train station made getting around easy. Dijon centre was only about a 10-minute walk away, too. The staff were professional and helpful, and my room was clean and had what I needed. It felt a little worn and dated, but the price was good. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Kyriad Dijon Gare and would come back. Merci beaucoup!

The people working there were really nice and helpful, and the place is centrally located. There’s a basement parking area, though it’s clearly meant for small cars. I managed to get my SUV in, but had to fold in the mirrors and drive very carefully. The rooms were freezing and badly outdated, and my shower was broken. They provide instant coffee, but only one regular and one decaf, which seems an odd amount for a couple. The pool area makes little sense, since you walk past it on the way to breakfast. Breakfast itself has a continental selection, but the dining area isn’t very nice.
