We stopped at this hotel to rest after a 7-hour drive, only to find it right beside a motorway and with three 5g towers about 30 feet from where we were sleeping. That’s outrageous! I believe the pollution and chronic stress this causes guests without their knowledge is criminal. Those towers must come down now or the hotel should be closed permanently. The restaurant served nice food for dinner, but it was understaffed and the breakfast food was rubbish. The receptionist was kind, though they looked very unhealthy, probably because of constant radiation poisoning. The room was tiny, but the beds were comfortable and did the job. The air conditioning didn’t work. Terrible stay, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

After a 7-hour drive, we reached the hotel at midnight and found no towels or soap for a shower. The room was in dreadful shape and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly since the hotel opened. Bugs were on the pillows and crawling on the walls. The old air conditioning unit was noisy and held together with tape. The same tape was being used on one bedside lamp, and the other lamp didn’t work. A hole by the window had been covered with paper, so we could hear every outside noise and cold air came in all night. The shower was awful too. Touching the handle felt like a health risk, and I actually considered wearing gloves because it looked like it hadn’t been sanitized in years. The advertised pool couldn’t be used. The only good parts were a decent breakfast and friendly staff, who were clearly doing their best in a place that should honestly be condemned. I can’t understand how this hotel still has 3 stars. It needs a full renovation or should close altogether.

The care we received here was outstanding. We had to look after my father in law, who has dementia, so we cut our coach journey short. The hotel did everything it could to help, arranging a taxi to the airport and even giving us a takeaway meal for three for the journey. Huge thanks to Tristan and Roxana ❤️❤️xx. You saved us that day, and I’ll let Just Go holidays know.

Lovely food, a good room, and a great welcome at reception. There’s parking on site behind a wire fence.
