Luxury Spa

The room and bathroom were fantastic, and they provide everything, even drinks for breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay, and the person who greeted us was kind and welcoming. Cleanliness could have been better, though it was still good. There was a little leak on the side of the spa, but it wasn't serious.

The jacuzzi instructions and the small studio's condition were explained very carefully when we arrived. We were a little late, around half an hour, and apologized for the inconvenience. The owner said she had been extremely cold and had waited for at least an hour. She also stressed the hygiene rules guests need to follow, mentioning that some people had overfilled the jacuzzi and damaged her lovely wooden floor. Despite that warm welcome, I was really bothered by the jacuzzi's condition. It was filthy, and I had to wash my hands several times to get the grime off. It seemed to have built up over the stays of previous guests. I would like to offer some necessary advice so the accommodation and its advertised services are more in line with what guests expect.

There was quite a bit of dust on the floor, so it could have used a quick vacuum. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and were given a very warm welcome.

The bed was top-notch, the kitchen worked really well and had everything we needed, and the spa bath was perfect. The place was spotless and we got a perfect welcome. It was a dream short break, with nothing to complain about. We'll definitely return, and I highly recommend it. Thanks again.
