There's no air conditioning, and it was very hard to reach anyone when we had a problem. The lights are extremely limited and keep switching off or dimming. Watching TV in the evening is difficult because the connection is so poor. The toilet had serious limescale buildup, and taking a long shower or washing dishes in the sink for too long could bring unpleasant smells or make it clog in no time. In short, avoid this place.

After living in this residence for a year, my advice is simple: don't go there. My studio was in a deplorable state, with things poorly made, broken, or extremely dirty. I had to spend whole days cleaning before I could move in without feeling like I was living in a garbage dump. The shared areas were just as bad, with crumbling walls and hallway smells ranging from stale tobacco to spoiled food. The furniture was broken or unusable. My “bed” was a wobbly frame with several slats missing and a piece of foam as the mattress. You couldn't adjust the water temperature without risking a scald, whatever setting you chose. The heating barely worked, and there was no insulation, so the little heat there was didn't reach you. Forget peace and quiet: trains passed right in front of the building every minute, and groups came to shout and party in the parking lot almost every night from 9 p.m. Privacy was an issue too. The caretaker had a spare set of keys and entered the apartments when residents weren't there. It happened to me several times without warning. Reception was unreachable or absent when problems came up. The rent was outrageous, around €450 a month including water and terrible WiFi, for somewhere that looked more like an abandoned building than a decent residence. Getting my deposit back was a nightmare too. I returned the apartment in better shape than I found it, yet they kept half the deposit without giving any reason. There were plenty of other problems I couldn't fit in this review. From unsanitary housing to disastrous management, one star is already far more than this place deserves.

My daughter had a positive two-year student experience here. It's a pleasant, calm residence, and people are respectful. The staff are attentive, friendly, available, and cooperative when needed. The apartments and shared areas are clean and well maintained. Thank you.

Getting around was easy since the place is near the city center and public transportation. The rooms and shared areas were spotless, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
