A mother, her 6-year-old daughter and a grandmother nearly 80 had been looking forward to this holiday for a year, and Maeva ruined it. The house was rented at an inflated price, and the listing photos are there to see. Maeva misrepresented the services and whether everything was as advertised. Maeva and the Pierre & Vacances reception did nothing to provide the property I’d booked and paid nearly €2,300 for, then dragged out the refund. Shame on them. It was a nightmare. As the previous review said, their decisions and business practices show complete disregard for customers.

Less than a week before our reservation, Maeva cancelled it. They said the owner had broken their contract, which makes you wonder what the agreement between owners and Maeva allows. They offered no real alternative.
