Les Chambres de Ribeaufontaine

The host knows the area well and was really informative, and the pool has all the little extras. Breakfast was superb, with local food and a menu made personally for us. It's a relaxed horse farm with lovely buildings, and easily one of the best B&Bs we've visited. A real gem in the middle of such an over-farmed area.

We loved the splendid Milky Way views and properly dark nights here. It's wonderfully quiet and open, with walking trails starting right beside the farm. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

I’m always glad to spend a few nights here when work brings me to a customer nearby. The pool and gym are handy, but what I love most is the view and the sound of timber burning in one of the iron stoves. Such a peaceful place to sleep. Just enjoy the quiet.

There’s a quiet, relaxed feel at Farm de Ribeaufontaine. The shared room by the pool lets you take drinks from the fridge and pay later, and you can cook your own dinner there too. Just be ready for the country smell from the horse stables. The owners kindly suggested Hotel/Restaurant La Paix, about 10km away, and we can absolutely confirm the dinner was great and gastronomic without astronomic prices. Breakfast was exquisite and thoughtfully planned, and the owners put in a lot of personal care. We slept very comfortably in the round-bed room ('Schum'). The bathroom and shower were OK.
