We arrived on October 5 and found the place comfortable, quiet, and clean, with nice beds. We were there for over two days, and the young man at the front desk was outstanding in my view. He had a great attitude and was always happy to help us. The hotel is lucky to have him.

This was our second stay, a stop on the way to Italy, and this time we brought our family. They were happy with the place too. Everything was super clean, the bed was nice, and the shower was good.

The room was the biggest problem: it felt outdated, wasn’t cleaned well, and still had hairs from the previous guests. After one shower, the bathroom was completely flooded. The next morning, a woman at reception kept speaking French at me even though I answered in English. There were French and English flag signs on the desk, but she got increasingly irritated, and it ruined my morning. Breakfast wasn’t great either, and the dining area, knives, and forks were not clean. The night before, the man at reception had been very nice and helpful, and spoke English very well. At first glance, everything had looked okay. I was only passing through and didn’t stay long, but this was a horrible experience. In my view, this place deserves one star and shouldn’t be listed on Booking. If you want a horrible stay and to feel verbally assaulted, this is the place.

The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were friendly. The only odd thing was that there wasn’t a fridge in the unit. Hopefully they’ll add one by next time.
