We spent most of our time outside and on the water, with an incredible view. The outdoor space is great, and the house has plenty of room for a large group without ever feeling cramped. All the bedrooms are hotel standard.

The property managers were fantastic and responded to every request. This was the perfect place for our group of 15, with beautiful views from the dock and plenty of spaces to spread out. We enjoyed the covered patio, outdoor tables and chairs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable couches and even the ping pong table. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean.
Breakfast with a breathtaking view over Annecy Lake was one of the highlights. The location is perfect and the view is stunning. We went with six friends this summer and had a faultless vacation, with just the right mix of sport, relaxation and well-being. The house is beautiful and full of charm, with enough space for each couple to have privacy. We can only recommend this little piece of paradise.
We celebrated a 70th birthday with family and friends, and the Lake House was perfect for our group of 14. It’s bright, airy, modern and spacious. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking and always changing, and this was an amazing place to take them in. We’re determined to return to this beautiful area. The games room, table tennis, petanque and paddleboards were a big hit. There’s plenty to do nearby too, from cycling, paragliding and walking to shopping and the outdoor market in picturesque Annecy. Claude and Michelle welcomed us and were a huge help in making the event a success. They arranged quotes for a boat trip, spoke with the Butcher about our barbecue, and helped with whatever we needed at the house. David & Vanessa September 2108
The house worked well for our family and friends gathering, with plenty of parking, paddleboards and activities nearby. The rooms are huge, most have ensuite bathrooms, and the views across the lake are magnificent. We especially liked the large open-plan kitchen and living room. The upstairs main bedroom has such high specs it could almost be a separate apartment. The only small issue with the property itself is that the water by the pier is murky because of the sandbar. Unfortunately, we had an issue over an outdoor concrete table. We tried to move it, and it broke completely in two when lifted. That was our fault, and looking back, we might have asked first, though we assumed a concrete table would be fairly stable. About 820 Euro was withheld from the deposit for the replacement. We felt the owner could have been more reasonable, especially since there was no warning that it was dangerous or fragile to move and it was a few years old. In fact, the owner withheld 1,050 Euro and bought a bigger table, returning the difference only after we asked for proof of receipt. Insurance should cover this, but we still think a better compromise was possible. We lease properties too and wouldn't have taken that position with our tenants or customers.
