Résidence DOMITYS - La Garance

We stayed one night in an apartment so we could spend the weekend with my mother. The price was reasonable, and both the welcome and meals were excellent. The apartment and bathroom were high quality, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Well done!

I was very surprised to find, in the middle of August, that residents had no drinking water available. A staff member reportedly told one resident they were drinking too much water!!!!

I spent three days visiting my aunt, who had recently moved into the residence. The residents seemed very happy, and there was a real sense of community. The shared areas were well maintained, and the apartment I stayed in was nicely laid out and had a lovely terrace. I was especially struck by how kind, friendly, and helpful the staff were.

My issue was with the reservation process, not the accommodation. I booked for Easter with free cancellation until April 11th and cancelled on the 9th, two days before the cutoff. The full amount had already been charged, and I didn't get it back until April 29th. I had to follow up to receive the refund. I wasn't happy about being charged before the deadline or waiting so long for the money to come back. Domitys customer service did apologize.
