The intercom was helpful: they answered fairly quickly and gave us the right booking number. I hadn't realized that the number from hotels.com wouldn't work in the 24-hour room dispenser, so if you've booked through hotels.com or another third party, contact B&B Hotel for the correct number before using the machine. Check-in had already closed when we arrived, but getting into our room was so easy that we've booked another B&B Hotel for next year.

The manager was kind, the room was clean, and breakfast was really delicious! I'd like to come back sometime.

The hotel was very clean and adequate, and I liked that the gate to the car park is shut in the evening. A lot of other hotels don't do that. There are several places to eat nearby, which is handy. This was my first time at a B&B and I might stay at one again, but the pricing left me unhappy. I booked online with an introductory discount code and showed the reservation to reception, yet they charged the standard room price. Since the price is a big part of choosing where to book, quoting one amount online and charging another on arrival was unacceptable and spoiled the experience.

The disabled room was excellent apart from the sloped threshold at the bathroom door. Breakfast was well presented and served at convenient times. The location is very good too, with plenty of restaurants and takeaways to choose from.

A handy stop when travelling south, with a secure car park and lots of inexpensive fast food close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable, though basic. There was only one towel in the room, so I asked for another. They provided it, but reluctantly.
