The sea is right there, with a very quiet neighborhood tucked behind the sand dunes. You can walk or cycle along the seawall and take in the scenery. Very nice.

What a welcome! They wanted us out for cleaning at 11:00 sharp, and weren’t very friendly about it. They also complained that we had a dog, even though we’d mentioned it when booking. Then they sent photos of the dishes we hadn’t washed and the dog weights on the rug.

We had a relaxing, peaceful midweek break for two and a wonderful time walking along the seawall to Dunkirk. The building, studio and common areas were clean, and parking was free.

The staff were quick to help and really pleasant. The place was very clean and good, though the Wi-Fi failed completely after the first day, and there was no 4G signal either.
