I only spent 20 minutes inside, but it was obvious the property didn’t look anything like the Booking.com photos. This was the last stop on our tour and by far the worst. I paid the full amount and got no refund. Booking.com wouldn’t help and referred me to Leurs to try to get my money back. It’s been a year, and I’m still waiting. I’m not usually one to complain, but this place badly needs updating. I’ve just found out Booking.com rejected my review too.

I stayed for a week while working in Dunkerque, and this little apartment had what I needed for a comfortable visit. It was clean, quiet at night, and equipped for at least four people, with good Wi-Fi. The beach is very close, and Carrefour is an easy walk away. I liked the cozy neighborhood, where old and new buildings sit together nicely. The people who run the place took great care of me. I’d stay here again if I return to Dunkerque.

The host was polite, quick to respond, and accommodating. The beach is very close, and getting to the city center is easy. I’d happily return.

A clean, warm apartment, just a three-minute walk from the beach. Very convenient.
