Nadine looked after us so well, and we really enjoyed our stay. Dinner was wonderful, with lots of laughter around the table. The gite has everything a pilgrim could need. It's about 800m from the town centre, though there's a shortcut in the morning to get back onto the Camino.
We loved the pool and both dinner and breakfast. Such a lovely place to stay, and our hosts were wonderful, kind, and went out of their way to help!
The meal at Chez Nadine was the standout for me. Nadine is a master chef, and the dinner I had started with gazpacho, then filled ham rolls and steamed mussels, before an AMAZING Magret du Canard with savory beignets. Dessert was a gaufrette with fresh berries and cream. The gîte also has a pool and a comfortable garden. For pilgrims walking the Chemin / Camino, there are rooms without too many beds, good toilet and shower facilities, plus kitchen and fridge access if you want to take care of yourself. Make sure to reserve a place at Chez Nadine’s gîte.
Francis and Nadine made us a delicious, substantial dinner, with quality food and drinks generously flowing. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Gite Chez Nadine. The room was clean and comfortable too. It's the best place to stay and enjoy a meal, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends doing the Camino.
Nadine and Francis were excellent hosts and couldn't have been more helpful. The dinner they served was lovely. A superb experience, highly recommended.
