The food was the real highlight. Catherine is a wonderful chef, and we were thoroughly spoiled. My children loved having a kids menu too. After stopping overnight with my family on our way south from Cherbourg, we found a relaxed, welcoming place, and the rooms were immaculate with incredibly comfortable beds. It's a little gem in a superb spot, very close to the A88. We'd highly recommend it.

The owners and staff were welcoming and attentive, and parking was easy. The place is rather tired, but there's nothing to dislike about it. My small room was clean and had a decent ensuite bathroom. Dinner was tasty and nicely presented, though I didn't think the three courses were worth €25. To be fair, prices in general seem astronomical to me now. Breakfast was a little basic, but the coffee was excellent.

We all tried each other's dishes at lunch and everyone had the same reaction: delicious. Honestly, it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The service was attentive when needed without being overbearing, just what I'd expect at a five-star restaurant. We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Catherine Coiffard, who was as gracious and friendly as the food was good. Definitely worth a visit.

Our room was small, but clean and beautifully fitted. The husband-and-wife team were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and supper was absolutely delicious. We'd recommend the cuisine.

The decor was really pleasing, and the food was fantastic. We booked at the last minute, and even with the restaurant full, the hotel found us room for dinner. The service was brilliant and friendly.
