There are plenty of individual villas around the site, and it’s a good spot for kids and dogs. We stayed in a lovely AirBnB there. The setting is beautiful for dog walks, and there’s a lake with a slide and a pontoon to swim from, a large pool, a smaller pool, table tennis, tennis courts, and a bar. The bar only has a few basics like pop and bread, though, and there’s no shop. The guests seemed mostly Dutch and French, but English was spoken too. Intermarchè is about a 10-minute drive away, and the Go Karts take around 20 minutes to reach.

The golf course next door is a real challenge. The parc itself is peaceful, with good facilities.

There are lots of activities here, which makes this a great little village for a family break or a short weekend away. I’d recommend it.

Reception listened kindly when I complained and found us another clean house. We moved to a third one after a week, though, and that place was terrible too, with old materials and extra, unnecessary stuff. The first house had a really irritating musty smell, like walking into a second-hand shop, so my first impression was NOT positive. I’ll post again after the two weeks I’m staying here. Never again to Le Chat.

In September the park was quiet and surrounded by nature. There’s a nice pool and tennis courts, with nearby villages where you can get what you need for cooking.
