We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, and the parking was handy, with several exits close to the accommodation. The pool was quite warm even though it was cold outside. The room was nice and in an excellent location. My main complaint is that there’s no extractor hood in the kitchen, so we had to leave the windows open while cooking despite the cold. I’d still recommend staying here.

We found the stay more stressful than relaxing and left a day early. The balcony was quite dirty, and our towel had large brown stains and didn’t feel clean. For five days, we got only a tiny piece of soap and one small, thin roll of toilet paper, with no shower gel or other toiletries. There was no room service, and despite this being advertised as a hotel, guests are expected to change their own sheets and take out the kitchen garbage. The sink was clogged, and dead mosquitoes covered the walls and ceiling in both the bedroom and living room. The reception closes for lunch from 12:00-14:00 and again after 20:00, which made it hard to get basics like toilet paper or garbage bags. Not recommended for people looking to enjoy a holiday.

A good spot for a family getaway, with plenty of room to relax. There’s parking on site, and the village center is nearby. The pool is heated and covered.

The receptionist finally found our payment on the day we left and admitted the mistake was theirs. Even then, she wouldn’t refund the extra amount we’d been made to pay and offered no apology for the stress, inconvenience, or financial loss. Our stay at Pierre et Vacances began with a full PayPal payment and a booking confirmation, but on arrival we were told the reservation had been cancelled. The receptionist kept insisting we hadn’t paid, despite seeing the PayPal receipt and bank withdrawal confirmation. At first they said they were fully booked and couldn’t help. After nearly two exhausting hours negotiating with a hungry toddler, they offered a larger room, but at a higher price. They said we had to pay the full amount again, and only after further pressure agreed to charge just the difference. It felt like they were taking advantage of us because we were vulnerable and had no other realistic option that late in the day. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, with no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
