My booking was confirmed and I had all my plans set, then the hotel emailed two days later to say it had been cancelled. I was really disappointed. I tried calling and emailing, but the staff weren’t helpful, spoke very little English, and told me to book again. By then, the website showed no availability. I can only assume they cancelled my reservation to accommodate someone else, though I can’t be certain. I wouldn’t recommend trusting this hotel.

We had a clean, spacious and comfortable family suite with a small kitchen and a reasonable amount of equipment. The view over Paris and the golf course was fantastic. It’s a basic, modern hotel, clean and efficient, but it sits by a road at the end of an industrial estate, with nothing nearby. Handy for a night north of Paris if that’s what you need.

We found the two-bedroom suite very comfortable, with room for six, and the bath products were high quality. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff were super friendly. The location is beautiful, and the lighting responds to movement to save energy. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious and have kitchenettes, with a cooker and tea and coffee provided. They’re modern and simply furnished, and the box spring beds were comfortable, with a choice of pillows. The white tiled floor was clean but chilly. Heating is electric and awkward to operate, so instructions would help. Breakfast was excellent, there’s ample free parking, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is quiet and beautifully placed beside a golf course, with great views. The entrance is awkward for wheelchair users. There’s a great restaurant next door.

Auvers-sur-Oise is very close, and well worth visiting. Vincent van Gogh spent the last days of his life there. Our room was fresh and clean, with a fantastic view across the golf course towards Paris on the horizon.
