After long days hiking in the mountains, we loved having a calm, cozy place to return to. My husband and I spent nine days in one of Carina’s gites, just outside the lovely village of Entrecaseaux, among olive trees, woods, and peaceful rivers in the heart of Provence. The gite suited us perfectly. Carina was an amazing host, and her vegan food was out of this world. I only have a photo of dessert because I ate the other courses too quickly to photograph them! Her family are lovely too, and we adored Viking the dog and Diamond and Oszy the cats. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic weekend here, with a warm welcome, delicious food, and beautiful hikes in a magnificent setting. The cooking was superb, easily worthy of five stars. I’d happily come back, and I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Carina's. Her healthy cooking was especially good, both tasty and nourishing.
