Gîte du Cluse

The cottage had excellent bedding and was very well equipped. Lucie welcomed us so warmly, and we had a fantastic stay. We’d definitely return. Thanks, Lucie.

There’s lots of outdoor space and the rooms are large, with private parking and a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. We tried the electric bikes for rent, among other things, and they’re a good way to tour the Saint-Omer marshes. It’s a reasonable distance from the coast and towns in Nord and Pas-de-Calais. The whole family gave us a warm welcome, and the amenities were top-notch. The attentive owner can suggest outings if you need ideas. A flawless cottage.

We were lucky to be the first guests at this lovely Gîte, and we’d happily recommend it. Lucie, her husband Guillaume, and their family, including Honorine and Antonin, did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The welcome was so warm. The beds were made when we arrived, which was especially nice after a tiring trip. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely kitchen, with its little floral touch on the table. There’s a comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom and a small sitting area with two cozy sofas. We also chose the table d'hôte, and the delicious, typical dishes didn’t disappoint.

Lucie deserves many thanks for such a lovely welcome. The place was charming and perfectly situated for our cycling tour. Meals and breakfast were perfect, with lots of thoughtful touches. Fabulous stay, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.
