The location is amazing, but for €100 the rooms, which are what you'd expect from an Ibis, feel overpriced. The staff were awful. They insulted me in French without realizing I speak it, actively ignored me, and were just really terrible. With this location, the hotel could be great to recommend, but I simply can't. Hotel, there's no need to respond to this, as you have with the many other negative comments.

Book early and you may find some good deals. The hotel is very close to the centre of Épernay, and while there's no hotel parking, there are plenty of inexpensive street spaces just a few metres away. 👍

The hotel's great for being in the town centre, with an underground car park nearby that you can leave on foot right by the hotel. Parking was expensive, though: we arrived at 14:00 and left at 07:45 the next day, and it cost €35. Check-in was okay, but they wanted an extra €25 for a 13:00 early check-in. The room was small, with no tea or coffee-making facilities, and the shower was okay. We paid €95 a night, which seemed reasonable. This was my second time here, but I'll probably look for another hotel next time. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food or service. We have two other Ibis stays on this trip, at Ibis Dijon and Ibis St Quentin, where 11:00 check-in was quoted online.

Apart from the location and the staff, who were kind of okay, the rest felt completely out of place for the city. There was an awful smell in both the hallway and our room. Luckily, we managed to sleep with the windows open for fresh air. Cleanliness was almost there. And the bathroom lights? Really, only at the mirror. This hotel isn't the image I have of Accor or Ibis. A hotel like this shouldn't exist in a cosmopolitan city like Epernay. Maybe management should stay in their own hotels now and then to understand how it feels.

It's very close to the centre of Épernay, and you can find good deals if you book early. There's no hotel parking, but plenty of inexpensive street parking just a few metres away. We left something behind and emailed the hotel directly. They replied really quickly and sent it straight away at their expense. So kind, thank you.
