Les Plumes Hôtel Paris

We always choose this boutique hotel when we come to Paris. It’s intimate and quirky, with a great staff, and easy to get around on foot or by Metro. We stay in the same suite on the top floor, with lovely views over Parisienne rooftops and the patio below. Breakfast is included and served in a cozy dining room at street level. The front desk is very helpful too. When I developed a tooth infection, they even arranged a dental appointment around the corner.

The lobby coffee station is easy to miss, but it’s nice to have coffee whenever you want. You can walk to pretty much everything you’ll want to see. The 24-hour service was excellent, and everyone spoke perfect English, which made things much easier for me as a first-time visitor to Paris. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed three nights in room 701 under the roof. It was roomy and worked great for us, even with the round bed. The location is great and the staff were very friendly. The lift wasn’t working and seemed to have been out for a while. They offered us a lower-floor room, but we chose to keep the larger one we’d booked. Seven flights of stairs, but at least they helped us walk off all the pastries.

We were treated really well and plan to book directly with the hotel next time. The front desk were kind, easy to reach and answered all our questions. The room was clean and charming, and felt like good value for a major city. We stayed five nights in a first-floor room with a terrace and bought the breakfast option online. The breakfast area was simple and clean, and the staff there were very friendly.
