Kyriad Epernay

The rooms are small, but have what you need for a short stay. It's a sweet little place with lovely people, and a great base for seeing Avenue de Champagne and the rest of Epernay. I'll book here again next time.

The rooms were clean, but small and basic, with no air conditioning. We had a ground-floor room with a door opening onto the front garden. The walls are very thin, so we could hear conversations from other rooms, plus dogs yapping and car alarms at night. Next time I'd ask for an upstairs room. Christof, the owner, and the team were lovely and gave us good tips on places to visit and restaurants. The hotel is well placed beside Rue de Champagne, with Epernay's restaurants and bars about a 10-minute walk away. There's secured parking on site, and breakfast was nice and typically French. We stayed two nights in February.

The owner was incredibly friendly and had great suggestions for finding champagne that suits your own taste.

Caroline and Christophe, the owners, and the staff were so helpful, answering our questions and sharing tips for the area. I visited Epernay with friends and was really pleased with our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the communal conservatory and outdoor area, and breakfast was delicious. The location is tough to beat, with the champagne avenue just a short walk away. I'd highly recommend it.
