The place felt safe, but I left disappointed. My room looked nothing like the online photos, and there were spider webs around the entrance. There was no fridge or toiletries. Breakfast was supposedly included, yet I was charged for it; it was very basic and cost too much. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the station, and there weren't any taxis waiting outside.

The internet was down for my whole stay, and the room was a disaster. There wasn't proper heating either, just an electric heater they'd put in. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Never again. I don't know, maybe this hotel is meant to be at an African standard.

They cancelled my booking an hour before I was due to arrive, even though I'd contacted them to explain that my bank had declined the deposit and asked them to keep the reservation. I had been driving alone all day. They require a 150 euro deposit even for one night, more than the room price. I've never run into that before at a cheap hotel. I don't recommend the place, and the way they treated a customer was unacceptable.

I don't speak French, and Ioana kindly spoke Spanish with me instead. She was wonderful, really attentive, and helped with everything I needed. Very accommodating.

Jean François and Ludovic made our stay so pleasant. They were both amazing hotel employees and kept going out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I wanted to take a moment to thank them.
