Our room was tiny, with strange homeless men outside the thin door watching us come and go. Men slept in the car park and stared at my teenager every day. The location wasn't good, and the staff weren't friendly. We were a small family there for a week; we cleaned the room and recorded it because we didn't trust them. We fully paid, but they overcharged us for a so-called deposit they claimed would be returned after we left. I have the receipt, but never got the money back or any proof, receipt, or invoice showing a refund. The vending machines took our money and didn't work. They assured us the money would be in our account the next day, but they were lying. Scammers. I'm sorry I didn't walk out on the first day.

A good budget option, with a very clean room and a comfortable bed. We came by train, and it was a short walk from the station. There's a restaurant on site, though we didn't eat there, and a bus stop just up the road for the nearest town. Breakfast needed better timing, as we had to wait for the bread delivery every morning. We were only allowed one pillow, too. Just small niggles, not a complaint, but that's why it gets four stars instead of five.

The hotel was noisy, with people walking around and talking until midnight. I stayed 14 nights because it was the cheapest option available then, but the rooms were cramped, dingy, and very small. The toilets were awful, and the shower stand was broken in every room I stayed in. The bedspread was dirty, the blankets had cigarette ash holes, and the pillowcases were stained. I saw the person cleaning the toilets use the same towel from the toilet floor on the wardrobe and table. Below average overall.

I left after one night even though I'd booked three. The room was dusty, unclean, and full of different kinds of bugs. The bed covers looked like they hadn't been changed for a while, and smelled bad and dirty. Breakfast was included, but it was just bread, butter, and coffee. Nobody could speak English, which made it hard to ask for my money back after leaving. Forget getting a refund. Good luck, and think before you book.
