Mister Rahin at Ibis Gennevilliers was incredibly understanding about our late check-out and helped us sort out a small issue. He handled everything with a smile and real kindness, as if nothing was too much trouble. Truly exceptional service, chapeau! We'll be happy to come back.

We hadn't planned this stay, but the hotel found room for 23 people from our group. The staff were polite, helpful, and patient with all our questions, giving us advice and guidance on a range of things we needed to deal with. We were glad to spend two nights here. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows soft, and everything necessary was provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of snacks and drinks.

We spent three nights here, and I honestly had one of my worst room experiences. There was barely space to open luggage, and when sitting on the toilet my knees couldn't fit between it and the opposite wall. If you're tall like me, you may have to sit sideways. The queen-size bed sagged in the middle, the sink drain was clogged, and the door key stopped working every single time. I simply don't recommend this hotel.

The free parking under the building was a great reason to choose this place, and the rooms were clean, smelled nice, and had good-sized bathrooms. It's affordable and handy if you're going to an event or concert at the Stade de France: a 15 minute tram ride when it's not busy gets you there, and you can avoid crowded metros and trains. The receptionist at check-in was kind and explained everything clearly. Things went downhill after that. The AC quit in the middle of a hot night, and the night receptionist wouldn't help, refused to speak English, and said the hotel was full when I asked to change rooms or find a solution, even though online availability still showed rooms for that night. He told me to open the window, which faces a busy street, even at 3AM. The next day, a worker knocked while I was showering and told me to check out, though I had booked another night. They came back twice. That night, the same receptionist was rude and aggressive when we couldn't understand the menu sign and were trying to arrange breakfast. Later, we saw him hang up on a guest asking something in English. Guest services doesn't seem to be his forte. I'd still stay here again for a visit to the Stade de France, but I'd come better prepared: bring a small table fan, book breakfast in advance, and avoid leaving the room or talking to the night receptionist.
