Avoid at all costs. My friend and I booked in January for June 2026, when the Odalys website showed a pool. By February 12th, the pool had vanished from the listing. I tried to cancel, but after three emails, ten phone calls, and conversations with five different people, they practically called me a liar. Even with my insurance, they still demanded a €30 cancellation fee. Appalling. And please don’t reply to my comment saying you’re sorry. I’m the one who’s sorry!

The region is beautiful, and there are lovely walks nearby. The grounds are magnificent too, with peacocks wandering around freely, which adds a charming touch. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the place. Both the manager and the technician gave us a very warm welcome. Thanks to the technician for the charger!

The location is beautiful, but the place clearly isn't being maintained properly. Odalys Prestige seems to be prestige in name only, unless my idea of the word is different. The pool was a green pond, and this was only July 3rd, so I doubt it would be usable for the summer. Our north-facing apartment never got any sun, so we needed the lights on all the time. The bedroom is just 4.2 square meters, and in a four-person apartment you can’t even fully open the door of the only closet. The decor is dreary. The bathroom has a shower screen and a tiny window covered in mold, and cooking is impossible because there’s so little space and no decent equipment. The value for money is appalling. I won’t be returning to an Odalys anytime soon.

We arrived yesterday, September 6th, at apartment BO1, and it's a disaster. We'd rather leave. The place is so filthy that opening the windows, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, is impossible. There are cobwebs in the light fixtures and elsewhere. We complained to reception right away and were told, "Staff shortage, we'll pass it on to management." We can understand the shortage, but it's not our problem. There's no kitchen storage, the bedroom under the eaves is tiny, and there's no space for a bedside table. The mattresses feel disposable, with no pillow protectors. Storage is out on the landing, and in the bathroom there's nowhere to hang towels except on a tiny towel warmer. This apartment is meant for four people, which is ridiculous. We'll definitely email management with photos and hope they see that some limits shouldn't be crossed.
