Out in the Norman countryside but only a few minutes by car from Bayeux, this B&B is a charming base near the "plages du débarquement". The rooms are basic and very clean. The bathroom is shared between the bedrooms. Since it was just my father and me, Christine reserved both bedrooms for us, each with a typical French bed, which made our stay more comfortable. Christine and her husband were kind and helped us choose and book dinner restaurants. Her homemade breakfast was wonderful too. Have a good vacation!

The evening meals were superb if you chose to have them, and breakfast was lovely too. Everything in the rooms was spotless and in great condition. The hosts couldn't do enough for us. It was the best B&B we've stayed in, and it's close to all the main places of interest in Calvados.
