We stayed four nights in June 2024, and I was travelling with my father, who has trouble walking. The hotel is close to the city centre, with restaurants, shops and bars along route nationale, and the rooms were clean and pretty spacious. What really bothered me was the lack of professionalism when something went wrong, especially the tendency to blame the customer. My father asked for a glass of water to take his medicine and was literally told it was expensive, then advised to buy a bottle elsewhere. The fire alarm went off after midnight on two nights in a row. That wasn't the hotel's fault, but the manager's response was to curse about the customer who had set it off by smoking in the room, instead of handling it professionally.

Big rooms that have been refurbished, and I’d stay again because the location is so useful for the town centre. There’s parking available at a reduced rate almost opposite the hotel. Some details could be better, though. A few fittings were missing or unfixed, and while there was tea and coffee in the room, there was no milk.

We got there very late, and most places were already closed, but the kind man at reception put together some food for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we had a nice view. It’s a cosy place in the centre of town, near the climatic street, and all the staff were friendly. We had a really successful stay in Evian and would definitely come back. I can honestly recommend this hotel.

The worst experience in Evian. The air conditioning made an electric buzzing noise all night. It was hell.

Right in the middle of Évian-les-Bains, close to the lakeside boulevard, this comfortable hotel has large, luxurious rooms and good bathroom facilities. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff provide good service, and there’s a restaurant where the food is well prepared.
