Évisa is a spectacular setting for this simple, family-run hotel. The rooms are basic, but the owners look after you really well, and the food is excellent. Breakfast comes with delicious homemade jams, bread and croissants, and dinner is made with local ingredients.

We were hiking in Corsica, and this made for a welcome stop along the way. The room was clean, though dated, and the balcony view was amazing. The pool looked good and clean too. We had the best meal of our trip so far in the restaurant, with a superb view.

After a day of biking, the pool was a refreshing place to unwind, and we loved watching the sunset. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a balcony overlooking the whole valley. The food was enjoyable and the service friendly. The owner’s gentle manner made us feel at home, and we’ll stay here again on our next visit to Evisa.

The view was great, and the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room was clean, but everything in it felt old, like it was from the 80s. The bed was uncomfortable, there was just one socket, and we had no internet in the room. Breakfast was minimal, while dinner was okay.

After hiking around the region, we stayed for one night as a couple. The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable, and good value for the area. We also ate at the restaurant, whose panoramic view is amazing, and enjoyed the pool overlooking the mountains. The owner was especially lovely, telling us about the hotel’s history and places to visit nearby. The staff made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely come back, and the restaurant is worth a visit even if you’re not staying.
