I made an honest mistake with the dates, booking for three weeks after I needed to stay. They wouldn't refund me, offer credit, or change the dates. I'd stayed here before, but they've lost a returning customer. The hotel doesn't seem to care.

Yanel at reception was brilliant and brought us extra milk and tea. The room was fine, with tea and coffee facilities, plus a Nespresso machine, which I really hadn't expected. We had a huge bed and a surprisingly small wet room and toilet, though the shower had good pressure. The surrounding area was nice for walking the dog, and the hotel was easy to find and dog-friendly.

Dinner was excellent and good value, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and really good. We asked for a ground-floor room because it's easier with a dog. Our original booking was for a much bigger first-floor room, but the smaller ground-floor one was fine for a single night. The bed was a decent size and comfortable; the room and the bathroom, shower, and toilet were very compact for two adults.

Dinner arrived within ten minutes of ordering and was delightful. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. The rooms felt modern, with bathrooms that looked new and were clean, and the beds were clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it if you need a hotel in the area.

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, so I slept really well. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh, and the receptionist gave us a lovely, friendly and helpful welcome. Dinner was excellent, with very generous portions. We'll stay here again!😀
